Not as much progress the last couple of days... I guess that is just the way things go. Up-drilled the control horn to # 30 and riveted. I primed the holes per instructions. I plan on using the Aero-conversion trim system, so I did not install the bracket and nut plate like you may see other people do.

The Right elevator half. We found where the center rib goes and made a straight line on the skin. Next, we put a hole in the foreward and aft rivet location. After making a center line on the rib, we placed the rib in the skin. We used boards, as you see in the pic, on each side to adjust the rib so our center line on the rib lined up with the two holes made in the skin. Once those two holes were located, we went ahead and drilled the rest of the holes in the skin and rib to # 40's.

After drilling the top & bottom center rib holes, we moved on to the outboard rib location. The pic shows the holes we used to find the rib center line location.

We used bolts to adjust the rib, for correct location, before drilling. This was all we got done for the night.
