| Riveted bottom root assembly ribs first, then the top. |

| Skin overhang. Used the nibbler (bought at Radio Shack for ~ $7) and trimmed some of the edge off. Ended up using a vixen file.. which I had an accident with. I slipped off the work piece and it got my thumb. No problem.. it was not a bad cut, then, 2 min later, it slipped again. This time I sliced a different part of my thumb. Took about 20 min to get the bleeding under control this time... the cut was a lot worse! I wll live.... but be careful when filing aluminum! |

| The filed and deburred edges.. now, even with the root ribs. Sorry, I cleaned off all the blood from my flesh wound... you sick people. |
