| Back to work! Measured and drilled clips in the fwrd spar. This took some time.... roughly 2 hours! I am very cautious now! |

| This is how I found the correct clip positions. Reference point is the center of the hole on the spar lip. |

| Two methods I use for deburring. Using a file is very fast. 1-2 sweeps over the holes and they are deburred. Light pressure on the file is required or you will scratch the crap out of the aluminum. Harder to reach places I use the deburrig tool, above. |

| After deburring all the holes, I cleaned, then sprayed zinc oxide. Called it a night! |
