Horizontal Stabilizer
Had to make sure the skin lined up with the trailing edge (TE) and the tip rib. Using the bricks to keep the skin flat on the frame, I marked a few areas through the pre-drilled holes in the skin. Lifting the skin back off, my marks were pretty close to centerline on the rib flanges. Went ahead and started drilling with #40.  Again, I started in the center of the TE and working lateral both directions... keeping the skin nice and flat the entire time.
Could not keep the bricks in a good spot at this point. Everything worked out just fine in the end.
All clecod down... ending with the leading edge ribs.
Up drilled to #30, debured, and primed.
Finished riveting. Again, the TE is left clecod until the hinge can be lined up, and the tip ribs will be riveted when the fiberglass tips are installed.... All of this will not happen until the elevator is complete.
