Horizontal Stabilizer
We left off sanding the rib blank down to the line.
Next, I placed the blank into the forming block. I did not end up using the bigger holes, the screws held just fine.
Changed camera settings again.. hence the bigger pic.  The tip did not have as much support so I added a clamp in there to help it out.
Started hitting the flange over with the dead-blow hammer.
Used a 3/8" socket extension and a  hammer to make my fluted areas in my aluminum.
Done slaughtering the aluminum!  Now if I can only figure out a way to pry this thing out of the forming block??
The next 3 pics shows my "Plan B" way of mounting the FG tips on.... mounting it outside of the skin, onto this rib.
My first rib was OK, but not like it needed to be. Long story-short, I ended up shaping my form block a little different to make this method work. I ended up making 3 more ribs before it hit me...PLAN C.   Since I can make a smaller tip rib now, I can mount the tips the original way. The smaller rib would allow the FG tip to fit in-between the aluminum skin and the rib!
This rib is one that I made. It did not fit the way it needed to in order to "work," so I made another one.
Finally made one that fit! I decided right here that I am NOT going to make my wing ribs!
Made my 1/4" hole line (red one).
