Main Spar
Here is the lay out of the Right Main Spar.
Lined up the Main Web with the Center Web and Cleco'd.  First step is to drill the web to the Spar Caps... There are Spacers you use to get the right distance between the Spar Caps. We will start on the outboard end.
Had to put the Spacers on the bottom side. You cleco them to the predrilled rib holes, smash the spar caps together,(against the spacers) and BOOM! The Spar Cap distance is set and you can begin to drill your holes!
This is where all the drilling will begin.  The webs have pre-drilled holes which you use  to go through the Spar Caps. The clamps are holding the Spacers together for correct Spar Cap distance. Pretty easy stuff!
I am just drilling every 4th hole for now and moving inboard.
Still moving inboard. Only having 3 Spacers, we had to move the Spacers down as we went and re-clamped.
Time you get further inboard it becomes a little difficult to use the Spacers. We checked the Spar Caps distance to verify that we were still on target, and we are!  Exactly 193 mm.  Seee are Jery-rigged two sided square? Hey, it worked!
We stopped for the night at this point.  It really was an accomplishment to get to this point!
