| OK.... after drilling the Spar Caps to the webs, I went ahead and started to position all the angled pieces that go on the Main Spar. Most go on the inboard, or Root end. To make it easier to position the angles, I took a section of the webs off the main spar and worked with it like you see on the Right. |

| Since the webs already have your pilot hole machined drilled, you just clamp the angles on one side and drill from the pilot side. |

| Wing Attach blocks. Pretty important to get this lined up just right for correct wing rigging. Again, since the webs have predrilled pilot holes, we just used a unibit to updrill the correct hole to 3/16".... the same as the attach block. Then we clamped the block in place, with a 3/16" drill bit in the attach block and web for correct vertical alignment, and drilled the remainder of the holes. |
