Main Spars
Still had to finish up countersinking a few areas.  On the Spar Cap we were not able to use the drill press, so we free-handed it.
Had to use an extension for the countersink in this area. We did not have to countersink this entire piece (Thank Goodness!).
There were 4 or 5 areas that required a screw to be countersunk. We finished them up last. Here is the screw test-fitted in the hole... Your probably thinking, "That hole is too big for the screw!"  Well, not really. There is a .032" Top Web that will be dimpled into all these holes. Hopefully all will be flush in the end!!
Being such a "busy" part on the plans, I THINK I am ready to prepare the Webs for priming.  Using a maroon Scotchbrite pad and Lacquer Thinner to get all the smudges off.
Priming...
Light coat of primer on all the Webs.  Next, it will be time to assemble this thing for RIVETING!!!
