| Using a miter box to cut the channel. The "X" is the scrap zone. |
| Using a hand-held saw to make this cut. Just "score" the top surface, then.... |
| Cut the flanges with snips. Bend the piece over and it will snap apart. |
| Again, had to "true" the ends with the sander. |
| Part of the work I got accomplished tonight. |
