Rudder
Not many parts for the rudder.  Should go pretty fast once I get over my learning curve and develop a system.
My first of many "copies" from other internet sites.  Used 1" OD pipe to bend control horn. Well that was idea anyway. It did not work to well (for me, anyway. It kept slipping out of alignment).  I ended up placing it in the vice and gave it a good wacking to roughly 5 deg. Notice the grooves in the blocks? This helped hold the pipe in place.. along with some duct tape.  This method worked really well for  bending the horizontal stab spar.
My Father was helping me this night and swore the plans had an error. Trying to figure out what to cut and what NOT to cut, took some studying.  I read on other sites to be careful with this part..some had to buy/make new skins because of this.  Anyway.... we placed it on the bandsaw and made the cuts. Placing a rib just inside the skin helped keep rigidity while cutting.
This is my ugly mug!  You may not like it, but the FAA will LOVE it!   Me demonstrating "force x distance" with that file...and my wife says I never "work," go figure.
Control horn assembly. Pretty easy stuff here, and there are near a million pictures of this on the internet, so I am not going to add too many more.   Notice the stright edge on R side of pic. This keeps everything in alignment while drilling (another steal from someones site).
Made a hinge drill guide.  I was told this will save me time, so I was down with it.  Time is precious to me. You never know when that baby will start crying wanting milk ( 4.5 months old).
I will try and spare you duplicate-type pics in the future.  I thought someone may want to make one of these, so I shot it at a different angle.  It took a little bit of time making this guide, so I drilled out the control horn assembly to #30's, deburred, and went to bed.
