Ribs
I normally do not work on the plane on the Sunday my wife and I have off together, but I wanted to finish the aft ribs!  All gussets drilled and cleco'd to #30.
My Harbor Frieght cordless screwdriver all ready broke! I just happend to have a Craftsman cordless screwdrive that worked just perfectly for deburring those holes.
Finished with all the ribs, forward & aft, that require a gusset...  After trying to figure out what to do next, I ran across the Root Rib drawings. It looks like they will also require a gusset. They are mounted different then the other ribs, so I will wait and do those once I fit all the ribs on the main spar. Do not underestimate the work required to put these gussets on. Took dad and I approx. 15 hours, together.   I did reach another milestone, though.....
...I finished my first 2000 bag of rivets!!!
