This is where I left off.  I need to updrill the holes.
This is where the "pressed-fit" Bronze bushing goes... Drilling to 7/16".
Nice snug fit... my method of press-fitting the Bronze Bushing.
The Bronze Bushings in. You can see the two steel pivot bushings next to the bolt (they will ride inside the Bronze Bushings).  Plans says to coat them with Chromate ( to help prevent rusting) then put oil on this area.  I am not too sure how well the bearing will move with the Chromate on, so I e-mailed the Sonex list for their advice. I think I read where some people just grease this area real well?  We will see...
This is a "dry run," so-to-speak.  Somthing to note;  when I press fit the Bronze Bushings in, It made the inside diameter of the hole smaller. To the point I had to hone out the inside so the steel bushings would fit inside of it. While honing out the Bronze Bushing, I "popped" the bushing loose! It would barely turn in the hole, which is not what we want to happen.  We want it so it does not turn. I placed some JB Weld around the edges, and will sleep on it for tonight.
All the pieces I messed up on!! I did have to make another angle tonight, drilled the outside hole too big...
